Fibersol^®-LQ

Fibersol®-LQ corn syrup, a soluble corn fiber, has been specially designed for applications where added sweetness and humectancy are beneficial, as well as for the ease of handling of liquid product. Fibersol®-LQ contains 75% soluble dietary fiber on a dry solids basis. Fibersol®-LQ is water-soluble making it an ideal ingredient to use for fiber enhancement.
